1. Position your two clips so that theyre stacked on top of each other on the timeline
***For this effect to work - you must have two clips with only very slight differences***
2. Move your timeline slider to where you want to begin the wipe effect - then collapse the top clip to that location
3. Go over to effects and search for wipe and add the effect to the start of the top clip
4. To increase the speed of the wipe effect - simply click and drag the wipe to be shorter or longer
5. If you want to add a line separator - click on the wipe effect and go over to effect controls then modify the border width until its the size that you want
