1. Begin by creating your text - click on your type tool and type some text on your preview screen THEN go over to Essential graphics and make whatever changes you want to it
2. Extend the text layer to match the length of your video layer
3. Duplicate your video layer by holding alt and clicking and dragging above to video layer three ABOVE the text layer
4. Go over to effects and search for color key and drag it onto the top video layer
5. With the top video layer selected - go over to effect controls and scroll down to color key and select the little dropper icon
6. Go over to your preview screen and click on an area BEHIND your subject
***For this effect to work your background MUST be a different color than your foreground***
7. Adjust the color tolerance and edge thin until your text dissapears behind your subject
