1. Go over to effects and search for color key and add it to your video clip
2. Under effect controls - scroll down to color key and select the little dropper icon
3. Go over to your preview screen and click on a part of your background
4. Now select the wrench icon and select transparency grid from the options
5. Adjust the color tolerance until your background completely disappears but not so much that it removes the foreground objects
